Centering is something you do with a camera. In any case, now and then things being what they are the points of interest in a picture is more than you needed and degrades the principle figure. You can utilize Photoshop to highlight the principle figure. This should be possible in various ways. You can see that the picture is nothing incredible. It is a Kolkata road scene. Give us a chance to check whether we can move the emphasis more on the young lady than on the transport. 

Step 1 : Press CTRL+J to copy the Background Layer. Turn off the eye symbol by clicking it off out of sight layer. It is a straightforward insurance to copy the Background layer. So you generally have the first to fall back on if something turns out badly. 

Step 2 : Click the Elliptical Marquee Tool. 

Step 3 : Press SHIFT and you will have the capacity to draw a flawless circle. Try not to be concerned if the circle is not precisely where you need it. Mine isn't either. 

Step 4 : Press the UP, DOWN,LEFT,RIGHT bolt keys to move the circle where you need it. Here the circle covers the young lady since I wish the attention to be on the young lady.

Step 6 : The Feather Selection exchange take care of comes. I have set the Feather Radius very high at 150 pixels. Snap OK. 

Step 7 : Press CTRL+SHIFT+I to reverse the choice. 

Step 8 : Go to Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur. 

Step 9 : Depending on your picture set the Radius of Gaussian Blur to in the vicinity of 10 and 14. I have set it at 12. Snap OK. 

Step 10 : Press CTRL+D to deselect. The figure of the young lady has developed more engaged and more honed as the transport out of sight has been obscured. Job Done .
